American Quality, Style and Comfort
Architecture & Interior Design In Israel
About Me
My Story
Hi! I'm Rivka, architect and founder of Artful Spaces. I design homes with intention, clarity, and character — places that feel beautifully composed and deeply livable.
From a young age, I've had two driving forces: a love of art and a love of logic. I'm drawn to the emotional power of beauty, but equally to the calm and confidence that come from structure, systems, and thoughtful planning. Architecture became the perfect meeting point — a place where creativity and logic work together to shape meaningful spaces.
Growing up in both the United States and Israel shaped the way I think about home. From the American side, I bring an appreciation for generous layouts, refined detailing, and comfortable living. From the Israeli side, I bring a sensitivity to efficiency, durability, and planning that works seamlessly with real daily life. Blending these influences allows me to create homes that feel warm, elegant, and grounded — with smart use of space and a timeless sense of clarity.

Values
The Homes We Create
I believe good design feels effortless. It supports you quietly, brings order and comfort, and lets your life take center stage. I strive for spaces that are calm, timeless, and intentional — never rushed, never trend-driven, always grounded in purpose.
In the end, my goal is simple: that you walk into your home and feel completely at ease — understood, supported, and reflected in the design around you.
If you value thoughtful planning, craftsmanship, and a blend of art and order, I'd be honored to design with you.
Testimonials
Creative Designs. Exceptional Spaces.
"Rivka did such an amazing job designing our apartment in Israel. We're Americans living in the U.S., and are planning a move to Israel, so we needed someone who really understood our style and could guide us through the process from afar—and Rivka totally delivered. Even though the apartment was Israeli-sized, she somehow managed to make it feel like an American-style home, with all the comfort and functionality we're used to. Incredible job. We're so glad to be working with her!"

Step-by-Step
The Process
Consultation
We'll start with a relaxed meeting, either at your home or in my office. This is where I get to know you, your lifestyle, and the vision you have for your home. We'll talk about what isn't quite working now and what exciting possibilities lie ahead.
Planning
Together, we'll create a detailed list of your needs, your wants, and those special dream elements for your home. The more specific we are, the better we can tailor the design just for you. Think about things like open-plan living versus a defined kitchen, the number and location of bathrooms, closet space, and the types of appliances you envision. This thorough first step ensures a truly customized home design.
Diving In
We'll focus on the specific design features that will make your house a home – things like moldings, furniture selection, and paint colors. We can delve into as much detail as you desire, from selecting essential furniture pieces to finding the perfect artwork for your walls.
